You understand and agree that:
- Sher & Shabsin PC and its employees are debt collectors and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
- You owe debt(s) to one or more clients of Sher & Shabsin PC or you are an authorized third party using this site to make an authorized payment.
- This site will accept only payments up to $5,000. (Please call 314-644-5200 to arrange any payment above this amount.)
- All payments made through this site are voluntary payments.
- Online payments are not required. If preferred a cashier’s check or money order can be sent to our mailing address
- You have available funds to cover the transaction and agree to be liable for insufficient funds charges if your available funds, or available credit, are not sufficient to cover the transaction.
- Without an agreeable payment arrangement between you and our office, your partial payment will not constitute a settlement and may not prevent further legal action.
- All payments must be made for at least the amount you and we agreed to, and must be received by Sher & Shabsin PC, on or before the payment due date. If your payment is for less than the amount we agreed to or late, Sher & Shabsin PC, at its option, may declare the settlement offer or payment proposal withdrawn or in default.
- Payments made before 5:00 PM Central Time during a business day will be posted to your Sher & Shabsin PC account as of the date of your payment. Payments made after 5:00 PM Central Time during a business day or on a holiday or weekend will be posted to your Sher & Shabsin PC account as of the next business day.
- By selecting the “Set Recurring Payment” Option, your authorization will remain in effect until the account is paid in full or until you direct our firm to cease such recurring payments by written correspondence sent via certified mail to our office address or via e-mail to [email protected]. Cancellation will have no effect on payments received prior to cancellation.
- Nothing within this site shall be considered to be legal advice.
- All financial data will be provided to a secure third-party payment provider and not to Sher & Shabsin, PC. As a result payment information will not be retained by Sher & Shabsin, PC.
- Sher & Shabsin, PC may contact you regarding this matter.
- You may call 314-644-5200 to discuss the current status of the account or to discuss a settlement. Please also contact us if you have a pending court date in the next 10 days.
